Royama Hatsuo Sensei

Taikiken and kyokushin karate have a longstanding relationship. No person embodies this connection more than Royama Hatsuo: director of the kyokushinkan and taikiken kyoshi.

This lengthy documentary about Royama sensei covers his entire career, featuring Mas Oyama, Sawai Kenichi, Jan Kallenbach, Sun Li.

Neko no Myōjutsu

'Neko No Myōjutsu' or 'Mysterious Technique of the Cat' is a short story dating back to the 18th century. Written by Issai Chozanshi in 1727 who is also the author of the excellent 'Demon's Sermon on the Martial Arts', recently translated by William Scott Wilson.

It deals with the three levels in attainment in practice and application.

Taikiken In Rotterdam

Elke tweede en vierde zaterdag van de maand is het mogelijk om mee te doen met Taikiken training in Rotterdam. De training vindt plaats in de sfeervolle dojo van Japans Cultureel Centrum Shofukan in oud Charlois.

Wij zijn verbonden met de Shin-Shinbuken Dojo van Jan Kallenbach in Amsterdam.
